Leadership Team
Our Leadership Team not only provide coaching to our university members, they also run every aspect of the business from planning amazing events, recording weekly podcasts, creating content, courses, and resources for you and more. When you are in the University coaching program you’ll have regular access to our leadership team and their expertise.
CCGU Professors (Coaches)
Our dedicated CCGU Professors (Coaches), form close, supportive relationships with our university students (clients). Every week, they eagerly participate in our Office Hours and Power Training Calls, ensuring our students receive the guidance and training they need. Additionally, they collaborate with our students during their monthly one-on-one coaching sessions, guiding them in their personal success plan. Brian and Carol coach our Dynasty Level while our coaching team takes the lead with the other levels.

Adjunct Professors
Our esteemed Adjunct Professors are seasoned professionals, each specializing in distinct facets of the child care industry. They grace our virtual ‘Office Hours’ sessions a few times each year, delivering the Power Training of the week. Additionally, they are invited to speak at our live and virtual events, offering their invaluable insights.
Furthermore, they stand ready as a valuable resource for our University students, offering support when they encounter challenges in specific areas. Our one-on-one professors are here to facilitate connections between our students and these expert Adjuncts so they can step in when the need arises.
